Founder of a China-based AI governance & workforce transformation policy observatory(https://gaeedu.org/), studying how AI changes industrial workflows, workforce capability and responsible adoption through evidence, diagnostics and applied pilots.
I am the Founder of the Global AI Governance & Workforce Transformation Policy Observatory. My work focuses on how AI adoption changes real work, organizational workflows, workforce capability and employment pathways. We combine China-side enterprise and worker evidence, implementation cases, capability diagnostics and applied learning to understand what effective and responsible AI adoption looks like in practice. I am particularly interested in collaborating with industrial enterprises, public institutions, AI solution providers and development partners on evidence-based research, workforce transition diagnostics and real-world pilots.
We are seeking industrial enterprises, AI solution providers, public institutions and development partners willing to collaborate on evidence-based studies or small pilots examining how AI adoption changes real workflows, roles and workforce capability.
