China / Asia-Pacific AI Workforce Transition Evidence & Pilot Partnerships
Founder at Global AI Governance and Workforce Transformation Policy Observatory
Shanghai, China
About
We are seeking industrial enterprises, AI solution providers, public institutions and development partners willing to collaborate on evidence-based studies or small pilots examining how AI adoption changes real workflows, roles and workforce capability.
Potential collaboration may include anonymized enterprise case studies, role/task mapping, workforce capability diagnosis, applied AI-native work pilots, or evaluation of how AI adoption affects organizational capability and workforce outcomes.
We can contribute research design, China-side evidence, workforce-transition methodology, institutional diagnostics and evidence synthesis. We are particularly interested in real implementation environments rather than technology demonstrations alone.
