About me

I am the founder of Environmental & Public Health International (EPHI), an organization advancing safe, equitable drinking water through training and innovation. Drawing from over a decade with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, including leadership during the Flint Water Crisis, I focus on strengthening drinking water practices, policy, and infrastructure planning.

At EPHI, we provide specialized public water supply training for regulators, utilities, and governments. We also created the Lead Service Line Replacement Cost Calculator (LSLRCC), recognized by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) for supporting climate-resilient and equitable water systems.

Our work aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, the UN Global Compact WASH Pledge, and the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration, helping communities worldwide secure safe drinking water for all.
