About me

Wei Liang, currently Vice President of CAICT, a professorate senior engineer, graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.  

He has been long engaged in the research of information and communication technology, focus on research of the technology, industry and policy in the field of communication network, cloud computing and big data. He is responsible for the research work of a number of major scientific research projects, including the National Key R&D Program, the Industrial Internet Innovation and Development Special Project and other major projects. He has won many national, provincial and ministerial awards, and his related achievements were widely used for industry development.
