I am Diego Martín Pedraza, founder of GUARA Platform, an Argentine Deep Tech initiative focused on developing Human-State Intelligence software for safety-critical operations.
My professional background includes more than 30 years of experience in public safety, traffic management, and road safety, complemented by academic training in road safety and citizen security. This experience has shaped my interest in developing preventive technologies capable of identifying human-related operational risks before they escalate into incidents.
Through GUARA Platform, I am working on a modular software intelligence layer designed to analyze human-state signals and generate actionable information for safety monitoring, risk prevention, and operational decision support.
Our technological vision extends beyond traditional driver monitoring. We aim to develop intelligence that technology companies and industrial organizations can incorporate into their existing systems, equipment, and software platforms.
A particularly important area of our roadmap is human oversight of automated and autonomous systems. As industries increasingly adopt automation, people are transitioning from direct operators to supervisors responsible for maintaining vigilance, detecting exceptions, and intervening when necessary. We believe this transformation creates significant opportunities for Human-State Intelligence technologies.
GUARA's business strategy is software-first, with three complementary approaches:
-
Software licensing for technology companies and enterprise customers.
-
Technology integration with existing platforms, industrial systems, equipment, and OEM solutions.
-
Complete solutions combining intelligent software, operational dashboards, event management, and supporting infrastructure.
Our development has already produced functional prototypes, Edge AI implementations, temporal analysis capabilities, and laboratory validation evidence. Professional mobility serves as our initial technological validation environment, while broader industrial and autonomous-system applications remain part of our development roadmap.
I am participating in ICTürkiye to connect with technology companies, software developers, industrial partners, OEMs, system integrators, universities, and research organizations.
I am particularly interested in joint R&D, technology licensing, software integration, proof-of-concept projects, pilot deployments, and long-term commercial partnerships.
My objective is to build collaborations that allow GUARA's intelligence technology to be integrated into existing and emerging solutions, contributing to safer human operations and more effective human supervision in increasingly automated environments. www.guaraplatform.com
