Mohamad Ahmad Layla is a distinguished Technology and Digital Transformation leader who firmly believes that the UAE’s future is not just digitized—it is intelligently sovereign. Mr. Layla has successfully led major Digital Transformation Programs. His expertise spans ERP Systems deployment, Procurement Governance, Financial Modernization, Human Capital Management, and Large-Scale Shared Government Services Enablement, Positively Impacting over 70 public various Sector Entities Industries.

Mr. Layla is widely regarded for his excellence in Project and Program Management, Enterprise Systems Architecture, Stakeholder Alignment, and Regulatory Compliance. In Healthcare, he pioneered National Billing and Claims Platforms. In Manufacturing and Finance, he drove ERP and operational enhancements that improved efficiency, transparency, and control. In the Academic and Education Sector, he champions knowledge transfer, AI capacity-building, and the nurturing of emerging tech talent through educational initiatives and partnerships.

He holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Oklahoma State University and an MBA in Management Information Systems from NYIT. He is a PMP and CISA certified professional, and an active member of ISACA and PMI.
