Organized by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), our series, “Promoting the Digital Transformation of SMEs in Latin America and the Caribbean,” is designed to be a transformative experience. We will bring together participants from influential institutions and thriving companies in Brazil, Colombia, and Bolivia for a collaborative journey. The webinar series will be available online in Spanish from June 18 to 20, at 11:00-12:00 (UTC-4).

Our primary objective: To lay the groundwork for impactful digital transformation initiatives through engaging discussions and insightful presentations. Together, we’ll explore the latest digital technologies and strategies, aiming to boost the resilience and competitiveness of SMEs in the region.

The series is structured around three key areas:

Digital Transformation for SMEs: Gain a comprehensive understanding of digital technologies and their transformative power. Explore topics such as technology adoption, data analytics, cybersecurity, and more.

AI for SMEs: Discover how artificial intelligence (AI) can revolutionize your business operations. Learn about AI-powered chatbots, recommendation engines, virtual assistants, and other tools designed to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Industry 4.0 for SMEs: Explore the possibilities of Industry 4.0 technologies in improving productivity and sustainability. From IoT for performance monitoring to predictive maintenance and smart product transformation, unlock the potential of digital innovation on your shop floor.

Our approach is collaborative and practical. Through interactive workshops and real-world case studies, participants will have the opportunity to apply newfound knowledge directly to their businesses. Plus, our dedicated platform will facilitate post-webinar engagement, featuring discussion forums, Q&A sessions, and certification programs.
