Empowering Youth for a Digital Future: Join UNIDO and AIESEC at the 2025 Youth Speak Forum

The United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), in collaboration with AIESEC, is proud to announce the Youth Speak Forum 2025 and Youth Innovation Initiative, taking place on 30th May 2025 at the Vienna International Centre.

This year’s Forum, aligned with the UN Youth 2030 Strategy, is designed to empower young people not only as beneficiaries but as active creators, innovators, and leaders driving inclusive and sustainable local economic transformation. More than 100 youth entrepreneurs from around the world will gather to present bold, innovative solutions focused on the theme: “Empowering Youth in Rural Areas to Bridge the Digital Skills Gap.”

Turning Ideas into Action

The most promising ideas presented at the Forum will receive support from UNIDO to scale and implement their innovations. These winning solutions will be showcased at the UNIDO General Conference in 2025, offering a global platform for youth-driven impact.

How Can You Get Involved?

Through this initiative, UNIDO, in collaboration with youth-led organizations and industry partners, seeks to leverage the opportunities of Industry 4.0, directly advancing Objectives of the Global Digital Compact. By equipping youth in rural areas with essential digital skills—technical, entrepreneurial, and soft skills—we ensure they are prepared to thrive in the digital economy.
